TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All Package inclusions are on a per stay basis and all services must be redeemed before check out.
• Rates are per person, per night and inclusive of tax and service charge and non-commissionable.
• Cash deposit of HKD /MOP$1,000 per suite per night or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidental charges.
• Unused package components/benefits cannot be deferred to future use or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
• Child aged 17 or under, staying with 2 paying adults in a Deluxe Room, CBN rate is inclusive of daily breakfast or lunch, one-way ferry ticket or additional MOP 100 Spa and Restaurant Voucher per person, afternoon tea set at Palms and Set lunch at Bene if applicable. There is a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children in one room using existing beddings.
• Additional guest (18 years or above) in a Deluxe Room is subject to an extra charge per person, per night inclusive of daily breakfast or lunch, one-way ferry ticket or MOP 100 Spa and Restaurant Voucher per person, afternoon tea at Palms and Set lunch at Bene if applicable. There is a maximum of 3 guests per Deluxe Room.

• Bookings have to be confirmed with payment and prepaid 7 working days prior to the departure date.
• Airport transfers or Tours will be suspended in cases of bad weather, typhoon or fog.
